Am currently in that frame of mind that comes with not being able to sit on living room furniture. The sofa will arrive today (finally!!) between the hours of 1:30 and 3:30 (provided, of course if the message left on mobile from said merchant of sofas is correct) and the anticipation is desperately palatable!
Have just realized how sad (pathetic) it is that am excited over the delivery of said sofa.
Week has been a trial, dear friends (and random readers). Have been subjected to the horrors and continued irritation of an "off-site" meeting of my extended team and found that most of them are v. attractive, giving rise to the notion of moving to where they are as have little luck securing a "steady" here. Won't, of course, as a certain someones face rises in my head when thoughts of relocating take place and the notion immediately disappears.
Was invited to go camping with a bunch of couples this weekend. Now, while each of the couples is super fantabulous individually, being stuck with a bunch of We's for the weekend talking about We stuff, seems a bit too much for a non-We. Besides, have pledged Boris-The-Box-Car to R for his adventure in moving and will enjoy his company much more than a bunch of We's talking about how great their lives are since becoming We's.
